Buy EVOLUTIONThe Evolution Map significantly increases torque output. The standard Smart Roadster 452 clutch is not designed to handle this level of torque reliably.
Before installing we strongly recommend: a clutch in perfect condition, and ideally an uprated clutch rated to at least 250 Nm of torque. Standard kits are not sufficient.
Installing Evolution on a standard or worn clutch will very likely cause damage or failure. This is not a defect — it is a predictable mechanical consequence of the increased torque.
We raise boost pressure up to 1.2 bar while keeping all factory safety margins intact. You immediately feel a sharper response without stressing the mechanicals. The perfect way to start.
Boost up to 1.3 bar with earlier onset: power arrives sooner in the range. We adjust lambda for the optimal stoichiometric ratio, improving efficiency and consistency of delivery.
Up to 1.5 bar with a totally rethought turbo management. Revised overboost map, revised lambda map, recalibrated ignition: we touch every primary table in the ECU to extract the maximum from standard hardware.
Aggressive turbo map, aggressive overboost, all limiters unlocked, ignition advance fully freed. The fans activate earlier to never exceed 90°C. The absolute maximum — for those who have prepared the car accordingly.
